Rules last time UPDATED ON 11-04-2007, you don't have to read them again all, only read in Note Rules : Note Rules 10 and Note Rules 11, read them they are new, and important.

Before we start, here is the list of Creaters/Admins and Mods :
Creaters :

Administrators :
- 7asho0m ( Creater mean also admin )
Moderators :
- Commander
- Big Balla


Registrating Rules :-

1-Click on ''Register''
2-It will come a page
3-If your 13 and over click *I agree to these terms and am OVER or EXACTLY 13 years of age*
4-If your under 13 click *I Agree to these terms and am UNDER 13 years of age*
5-Or click on *I do not agree to these terms* if your not agree with the things that has been writen on the page !
6-If you click for iam agree and iam under or exactly or over 13 years of age it will come a new page !
7-Write the user name that you like it
8-write the password
9-again write the password
10-Go down and down down down, at the last page click SUBMIT !

Karma Config Rules :-
At least nobody can give karma and its named Warning.Nobody can give warning and see it. It will not apear for him.It apears only for the admins and creaters ( Founders )Only they can give and see it and apear for them.

Shops Rules :-
You must stay on your shop or it will be locked.
You can tell a moderator or administrator to unlock it when your again active.

Note Rules :-

Note Rule 1: If you were administrator, and want to banned any one. Tell him when he will get unbanned.Also he will get PERMA-BANNED tell him that he will never be unbanned.

Note Rules 2: Moderators can banned and anything else.

Note Rules 3: You will be banned when you get 10 warnings for 2 days, then it will be 10 if it be 20 banned for 3 days if 30 warnings banned for 4 days and if 40 warnings for 5 days, and if 45 warnings for 1 week then for 50 warning perma-banned.and perma-banned when 50 warnings.And if you do good things and not breaking the rules, you will get Minas ( - Warnings ) and if you got 15 warnings, your rank will be Rules Breaker, it will go when you stop breaking the rules.

Note Rules 4: Don't use all capitals. Example : I LIKE THIS FORUMS VERY MUCH.
It's not allowed.

Note Rules 5: If you are moderator and get 15 warnings you will be de-modded. Then you have to be again active to be moderator.

Note Rules 6: If you want to be moderator or 1 of the creaters or administrator, go to usergroup and then choose the group with clicking View Information, then if you want to join Click Join Group, then you request, I will see if anybody request, I will choose if you can be or no, I will choose if you will be or not.

Note Rules 7: How do I join a Usergroup?
To join a usergroup click the usergroup link on the page header (dependent on template design) and you can then view all usergroups. Not all groups are open access -- some are closed and some may even have hidden memberships. If the board is open then you can request to join it by clicking the appropriate button. The user group moderator will need to approve your request; they may ask why you want to join the group. Please do not pester a group moderator if they turn your request down -- they will have their reasons.

Note Rules 8: You can't be administrator or creater 2, because maybe you will make me Member and de-moded and banned the IP and banned me and make the forums bad.

Important : Note Rules 9: If you are moderator or administrator, you can't change your rank, or you will get warning. To ask a new rank, go to Only Administrators and Moderators chat ( Only Mods and Admins can open it, members can't even viewing it only ) at : Thread By Clicking

Note Rules 10: New members thread when they say hi after when people says hi no need he is not new then it will be locked.

Note Rules 11: If your moderator or your going to be master of the forums you will get an exam, The moderators will get there exams in there forums of chat and members in General Chat. I will tell which day.
Only if your active and get many posts.

1/10 - Stay as Trainee
2/10 - Stay as Trainee
3/10 - Stay as Trainee
4/10 - Stay as Trainee
5/10 - Stay as Trainee
6/10 - Good

No 1 of the mod's or admin's can post in the other's exam, how you will know that for whom this exam ? The title will say the name then he must answer it and nobody should help him or he will get banned for 3 days.
This questions will be changed for every user, don't try to cheat Evil or Very Mad .


Main Forums Rules :-

1- Don't Spam
This is very important rules.What does it mean ?You don't have to post something that it is not needed, and no point for it.

2- No Double/Triple/Quader/others.
No double posting or Triple or quader or 5,6,7,8,9,10 and more.It's not allowed here.Use the Edit Botton.

3- Don't say bad words
Don't say bad words like Club Penguin if you said any bad word you don't have any chance in it you will be banneded for it for 2 days then check it again after 2 days you will be un-banneded

4- Don't Swear
If someone don't belive you in anything don't swear just only tell him *Thats Really I made it and if you don't belive its okay for me* or anything else in something good.

5- Don't quote too much. :
Don't quote too much because it will become too posts this forum rules like this.
Or rub the post that you don't want to replay it and take the post that you want to replay it !! because it come all the replays from 1 !!

6- Don't post in the wrong forum
Example : You have made a guide, you post it in the galley, and you must post it in the Guides Forum.
That's rule is main rule, as the users know about what this thread is talking.

7- Use Correct spelling
Use good grammar.
Example :
''Plzz tel me da site of da gam''

8- No supporting words
No posts with :
I agree
I support
ETC. Only if with another words.More then 4 words to use that words.

9- Don't lie or else
Don't lie if you do anything and you tell me I didn't do it, I will banned you.I can know because I am the admin.

10- Don't post things that has been posted before/shops or guides
Don't post threads that posted before. We don't need it we have already 1.Just use the Search botton.
If you have a thread and went very far, and you post again that's not allowed too.

11- Don't post bad things/Adversite
*Please join my forum* ( Adversite ) It's not allowed
*I got hacked for no reason*
*Please make for me avatar and signature*
.......etc
Its only a forum not to post to join your forum
if you got hacked then we can unhacked you ?
If you want to get any avatar post it in any shop or if there is not shop its okay to post *Make me Avatar and Signature*
No adversiting here, we have a forum to talk about the game.
Also 20202020 is not allowed, here is no rule for 20 charters in each post.

14- Do not use red and dark red colour only for Modrators and Dark Red Colour
Adminstrators are able to use all the colors and red + dark red.

15- Admins fair/Mods fair
If you are administrator/moderator and your brother told you make me mod or admin please or make my thread sticky/annoucement/Global annoucenment.
No, don't do it.

16- No posts
No posts in the locked thread, because if you are administrator/moderator you can post.

17- Don't say a noob
Don't say for anybody noobs its mean like bad word too ! just tell them what they need !! You may were first.or if not don't call too.

18- Rude or mean threads/Forums rate
Rude and Mean is not nice and not allowed here/Don't post to rate this forums.

19- How to make poll ?
Go to the end, write the question
Go to the other box, write the answer click Add Option, then it will come another box, add add until you have wrote the answers all.You can do at least 15 answers.

20- No BAD Posts
Don't try to post bad things as spam or breaking the rules posts, don't try for you post counts, maybe it will make you banned or I will delete your post.
